Prosper Public Strategies was born out of a moment of clarity that many business owners and leaders know well. It's the realization that your vision is yours alone, and no one else can carry it for you.

After years of dedicated public service, leading organizational transformations, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and building programs that served some of the most vulnerable members of our communities, our founder Destinee Wright reached a turning point. She had given everything to institutions that could not fully see or honor the vision she carried. So she built her own.

Prosper Public Strategies exists for the business owner who has the idea and the will but needs someone in their corner who knows how to build. For the leader who is facing adversity but refuses to stop. For the minority entrepreneur, the woman building something from nothing, the veteran-spouse holding a household and a dream together at the same time.
